Accuracy and Evasion
Equal Accuracy and Evasion now have an 80% chance of hitting an enemy, up from 75%

 

where is equality? 

this should be 50/50 especially if dodge player have to pay for it mainly through gems, or  the dodge stat should come with a bigger dmg reduction to make up that 30% gap that accuracy has  and skills that Accuracy and Evasion
Equal Accuracy and Evasion now have an 80% chance of hitting an enemy, up from 75%s ignore dodge should not hit for 10k each maybe 5k people are just stacking them to win

GAME SKILL FOR MOON CLASS
 i believe Moon tree should have damage over time skill that work with life steal making it tuff for 1v1 and some pets in the 80 skill to add flavor to the game as a whole, most people are playing healer/zither cause of that debuff pet add more pet to the moon class

Suffering 

Spiritualization  if you dodge you get a heal

frost Hand   -  (is not effect by you magic attack)  magic constant damage that deals 1kdamage stack 6 time for a total of 6kdmg, has a 50% chance to stun  for 1 sec for each second debuff last debuff last 12 sec, 1 sec cooldown

icy heart

easy step  

Lunar wind   -    now is a buff you can put on self when hp drop below 40% it will auto heal you if you have enough mana, and buff On active

heart of sorrow

Ghost Ray

ice fist

Blood brother hood  -  no change needed

Heart beat

mythical cold 

water surface  -  add physical and magical defense to it


blood sucker  -  no change needed


ice armor   -  no change 


insomnia      reduce cool down


dragon catcher  - reduce the cool down to 15 sec
 
transfusion  -  no change

Snow breastplate  - 15% dmg death is returned to attacker
  
 ice claw -  Aoe Pull and weaken


lust for blood   -  this skill now heals you for 5% of dmg death to you and syphon 5%of the max HP each hit , last10 sec cool down 25

ice blood - 50% magic and melee reflect for 15 sec 1min cool

dispel darkeness    -   now removes all effects and debuff and grants immunity  for 15 sec 

lunar face -
now summons a black  raccoon for 20 sec 1k dmg each sec reduce enemy movement speed buy 100% (can make skill small aoe around raccoon)

darke face  - now summons a black raccoon for 20 sec that does 1k damage and interrupt each hit (can make interrupt small Aoe around raccoon)

dark fusion now summons a black raccoon does 1k damage and debuff target __%( can make debuff small Aoe Around raccoon)
 
circle of darkness  -  now summons a black raccoon for 20 sec that does 1k damage and mana drain 5% of mana each hit and also heal the master 


if you think these 80 skills are to strong adapt the as you see fit, but i think they are not seeing that people now have over 15k hp and the zither skill turns people into pets and they is no way to break free, seeing there is no water near arenas and the slow on it prevent you from getting to water


cold moon - now has a 30 sec cool down and is an AOE 
  

breath of the stars   -  no change


ice prison   -   same effect and and bring it back to 5% mana drain because 4% is not keeping players mana down, mana potion is still to great on the drain making this skill useless again


Full moon  - bring the life steal up to %5 and now works with frost hand


clear moon    -    removes all debuff and add a 100 damage heal when receiving damage for 10 sec 180 sec cool down

 

 

Ice poison: rework to make theft with ohm so that it not only burns ohm but also returns% to the owner i agree with Admenadiel

 

Stop complaining about your own deaths because you are too lazy to work for the new things that was released recently.
Most if not all of these changes you are asking for is asking to be overpowered, lol -- all because you can't accept the fact people are killing you all of the time. 

15 second immunity and remove everything? Are you kidding me?

Cold moon for 30 second cool down and make it an AOE? Are you joking? 

Lust for blood to heal you 5% of your damage dealt and steal 5% maximum HP each hit that can be used every 15 seconds? Lol, what? 

You want everything to be a shorter cooldown, make everything an AoE, make the skills to be more defensive (So you stop dying) - and you want a million other changes to make it so that you never have to die? xD You want every skill to be healing or some AOE? Are you okay, sir? 
This is not a healer class.

Don't even get me started on the other changes you are requesting... these are all straight up ridiculous requests with terrible supporting evidence as to why it should be that way.

Go back to the drawing board and think about your requests once more please, you are asking for something that is never going to happen. Keep dreaming, kid.

And by the way, stop complaining about accuracy and evasion, - again, we both know it is due to the fact that people are hitting you and that is due to the fact that you just log into the game and do absolutely close to nothing all day = no upgrades, no improvements, and yet you want things to be improved from the admin's side of things so that it can compensate for your lack of playtime and farm time for your own character.

This is not a pay to win game, so don't even think about asking him to put things in for pearls so you can buy your way to more dodge and surviveability.

ХАЧУ ШТОБЫ УМЕНИЕ "БЕЗ ПРОМАХА" НЕ ПРОМАХИВАЛОСЬ И ШТОБЫ МОЖНО БЫЛО КИДАТЬ МЕЧ В ГОЛОВУ И ПРОТИВНИК УМИРАЛ СРАЗУ. ХИЛАМ ЯНЬКУ НА ВСЮ ПАТИ И ШОБ ОНИ ОТКАТЫВАЛИ ВСЕЙ ГРУППЕ ВСЕ СКИЛЫ (ДАЖЕ СВЕТ ДУШИ).

Healers have specialized skills that deal damage at the end of the buff duration, correct? Healers are not meant to have any type of accuracy at all, so how does it make sense for healers to be able to hit the target with these 4 skills in the specialized class section -- if they have little to no Accuracy at all? 

work for it its called skill gems. stop asking pangu for accuracy so you can hit me, he has done enough for you guys that's its not even fair anymore just so you can keep up with me and i brought all my gems from your famers , tell me what game would you start playing and you heard accuracy and evasion was like this Accuracy and Evasion

not at all i asked for these changes because this is what i would like to see just like you all wrote here, but some how you know my meaning, and far as killing me i dont fear death ,i make it a sport to see how many i can survive before i die, but most of you geo you accuracy from pangu so its not really worth making me fight the server and a GM, this means i have reached my goal and i know what a glass ceiling looks like

i dont have to buy from him and never did and im still at the top and maybe still the best

Умение лекаря "Отравленное облако" перенести в раздел классовых умений и полностью переработать в ПВЕ скил, только с пве уроном.

А именно сделать из нее переключаемую ауру с ядовитым уроном(чтобы урон разгонялся СЛЗ) в радиусе 5 метров, урон чтобы проходил и себе, и врагам.

В общем вместо кд умения и времени каста дать урон по себе.

В её пассивке же дать возможность уменьшить по себе урон от этого же умения.
