Moon class should be more like vampire of the night. not best in damage like most all class but durable (the idea here should be everything does not have to be about damage to kill but crowd control and a slow burn with healing damage over time skills) ,self sustainable healing, untouchable in a 1v1 situation but very respected in a group situation, his 80 skill should encompass having little moon pets that dmg and debuffs and last 20 sec each
GAME SKILL FOR MOON CLASS
i believe Moon tree should have damage over time skill that work with life steal making it tuff for 1v1 and some pets in the 80 skill to add flavor to the game as a whole, most people are playing healer/zither cause of that debuff pet add more pet to the moon class

Lunar wind - now is a buff you can put on self when hp drop below 40% it will auto heal you if you have enough mana, and buff On active

dispel darkeness - now removes all effects and debuff and grants immunity for 15 sec
lunar face -
now summons a black raccoon for 20 sec 1k dmg each sec reduce enemy movement speed buy 100% (can make skill small aoe around raccoon)
darke face - now summons a black raccoon for 20 sec that does 1k damage and interrupt each hit (can make interrupt small Aoe around raccoon)
dark fusion now summons a black raccoon does 1k damage and debuff target __%( can make debuff small Aoe Around raccoon)
circle of darkness - now summons a black raccoon for 20 sec that does 1k damage and mana drain 5% of mana each hit and also heal the master
if you think these 80 skills are to strong adapt the as you see fit, but i think they are not seeing that people now have over 15k hp and the zither skill turns people into pets and they is no way to break free, seeing there is no water near arenas and the slow on it prevent you from getting to water
cold moon - now has a 30 sec cool down and is an AOE
breath of the stars - no change
ice prison - same effect and and bring it back to 5% mana drain because 4% is not keeping players mana down, mana potion is still to great on the drain making this skill useless again
Full moon - bring the life steal up to %5 and now works with frost hand
clear moon - removes all debuff and add a 100 damage heal when receiving damage for 10 sec 180 sec cool down
Ice poison: rework to make theft with ohm so that it not only burns ohm but also returns% to the owner i agree with Admenadiel
